To ensure the consistency of their look and message in all materials, we prepared their branding guidelines. Inspired by their tagline, “Empowering people to thrive at work and in life,” we used green and ivory as their primary colors to reflect calmness and growth. The guidelines include ways to properly use the logo, color codes, font styles, branding tone and image suggestions. We made it to keep presentations and online content stay on-brand.
In redesigning their logo, we refined its symbolism while improving clarity and visual balance. We enhanced the visibility of letter “V” by shaping it into a sprout, calling for growth and renewal. This subtle update helped strengthen the brand's identity as a supporter of mental health and personal growth in the workplace.
For this campaign, we made it direct and solution-oriented to speak clearly to companies and decision-makers. Our copy and visuals position PowerVision's services as a smart investment in employee well-being and workplace efficiency. We aim to show that caring for people's mental health also helps businesses thrive.

We created their online content informative and relatable to make mental health feel like a normal part of everyday conversations. Our posts speak directly to employees and employers – covering topics like stress, burnout, work-life balance, and emotional support – using casual language and professional visuals. Our goal is to connect with the audience by relating to their day-to-day struggles, while also informing organizations about how a positive work environment significantly impacts staff performance and retention. Balancing how we spoke to both the general public and organizations was important so that each could see the value of the services and feel encouraged to get involved.
In creating their animation content, we simplified complex mental health topics and campaigns in an engaging storytelling. We used a warm, calm visual style aligned with their branding, and kept the copy’s tone empathetic yet informative. Each content encourages viewers to seek help and prioritize their well-being.
